And in 1890 London, a young woman named Elizabeth narrowly escapes becoming the next victim of Jack the Ripper, only to be drawn into the Witch's sinister web of secrets.
In the present day, Detective Katrina Jenson investigates a series of ritualistic murders, the latest victim displaying a gruesome "blood eagle" method of torture. Partnered with the mysterious Detective Jacobs, Katrina must unravel the supernatural connections between these crimes and the Witch's ancient evil. Meanwhile, Sam is drawn into the Witch's machinations when he is tasked with locating a missing woman named Annabelle Scavenger, a lead that puts him on a collision course with the dark entity.
